Radisa is a contemporary Osteria Romagnola located in Carroll Gardens, nestled right in between Gowanus and Cobble Hill. Meaning “root” in Romagnol dialect, Radisa is a love letter to the region of Emilia-Romagna in northern Italy that recounts the intricate textures of its history by weaving together existing stories to create new ones.

Radisa was born from an idea to bring to Brooklyn the joy and romance of the typical osterie found all over Italy and more specifically Romagna, a place rich in culinary tradition and a kindred connection to the Adriatic Sea. It is a collection of stories and generational traditions, a curiosity towards people and cultures beyond the borders of Italy, and a celebration of life’s most sincere moments.
