An Osteria Romagnola from the team behind Aita, located in Carroll Gardens right in between Gowanus and Cobble Hill. Meaning “root” in Romagnol dialect, Radisa draws inspiration from the coast of Emilia Romagna – a region steeped in rich culinary traditions with a kindred connection to the Adriatic Sea.
We focus on the intricate textures of Romagna’s history, weaving together existing memories to create new ones. It is a collection of stories and timeless traditions, a curiosity towards people and cultures beyond the borders of Italy, and a celebration of life’s most sincere moments.

In collaboration with Osteria da Oreste we set out to bring a piece of Santarcangelo to Brooklyn by reviving forgotten dishes and reawakening heirloom recipes. Through a bond of trust and oversea friendships, Radisa shares the timeworn traditions of Romagna and simple beauty of doing things the right way: slowly, and with heart.
